海抜200m 樹齢25年 8月末収穫 収量60hl/ha
数日間マセラシオン、自発的な発酵。ステンレスタンクで澱とともに
6ヶ月間熟成、無清澄・無濾過で瓶詰め。瓶で２ヶ月の熟成を経てリリース。

マスカットを彷彿とする美しい香り。口に含むとミネラりーで酸が際立ち、
ワインには骨格が感じられます。
温度が上がるにつれて、タンニンと収斂性が丸みを帯び、あんずのニュアンスが表れます。
