標高290mの畑。石灰豊富なマール土壌( 泥灰土 )
発酵 : 野生酵母を使用しステンレスタンクで２週間
マセラシオン3週間、その後アカシアの樽で４ヶ月熟成
ノンフィルターでボトル詰め後、瓶内で最低６ヶ月熟成
時間をかけて丁寧に造られたオレンジワイン

レモンピールやアプリコット、オレンジの上品な果実のアロマ
しっかりした酸味と果実の皮からくるボリュームのあるタンニンは
葡萄のエキスがワインにしっかり抽出されていることを感じる。
時間が経つにつれてクリーミーな印象に変化し、
果実の旨味が口の中いっぱいに広がります。
