石灰質、シルト、粘土質。３日間マセラシオン
水動の圧搾機で圧搾、グラスファイバータンクで８ヶ月間熟成

ライチ、マンゴスチン、マーマレードのトロピカルな香りに
カカオやシナモンと石灰を溶いたような硬質なニュアンス
セーテらしい、軽やかさの中に砕けたザクザクと飲み進められる
抜群な果実感が感じられる。
酸は比較的穏やか、タンニンも程よいグリップ感。

サファラ( スワヒリ語で「 旅をする、発見する、探検する 」)は、
造り手たちの研究の道のりへのトリビュート。
