　ワイン造りは時間が必要　ゆっくりと丁寧に歩みを止めずに進んでいきたい。
　ぶどう畑に住むカタツムリをイメージしてワイナリー名をレスカルゴと命名。
　人の手を感じる優しいワイン造りをされています。
